v2.10.3 Update — Grd band colors & loading indicators
NosLog v2.10.3 is now live. Grd and rating values now have band colors, and it's easier to see what's coming while a screen loads.
New
- Grd & rating band colors: On profiles, player rankings, growth charts and share cards, Grd and NosLog Rating are now colored in 500-point bands starting at 6,000 (6,000 · 6,500 · 7,000 · 7,500 · 8,000). World and country ranks 1–3 show in gold, silver and bronze.
Improvements
- Loading indicators: A progress bar now appears at the very top of the screen when you move between pages. While content loads, you see placeholders shaped like the actual screen instead of a "Loading" message.
- Switching metrics: On a profile's growth chart and best plays, switching between Official Grd and NosLog Rating, changing the period, or switching Basic ↔ Recital no longer leaves the old values on screen. You see placeholders until the new values arrive.
- Chart motion: Charts now draw in from the left when they appear and move smoothly to new positions when values change. Turning on "Reduce motion" on your device switches this off.
- Recent judgement trend: When you hover the chart, judgement names now show in the same color as their lines.
- When there are no records: A song's "My Record" tab keeps its full layout and shows "—" in place of your values. You can still see the average judgements of players with a similar Grd. The "Ranking" tab shows a note when nobody has played the chart yet.
- Official news on the home page: NOSTALGIA's official X posts are now fetched ahead of time, so the home page opens faster.
Notes
- Official news on the home page checks for new posts twice a day (around 9 AM and 9 PM KST), so a new post can take up to about 12 hours to appear.
