1. Operator, scope, and eligibility
NosLog is an unofficial NOSTALGIA records, rankings, and archive fan service unaffiliated with KONAMI. This policy covers the Korean, Japanese, and English routes of the NosLog website, account features, and user submissions.
Pending legal review
The operator uses the name "계롤(Anchovia)". Whether the legally required operator/controller information is complete remains subject to pre-release review.

You must be at least 14 years old to create or use a NosLog account. Public information remains available without an account.
2. Personal information we process and why
Discord login
We receive your Discord user identifier, display name, and username to identify your account and provide login. We do not store your Discord password or access token.
Profile and game records
We use your nickname, NOSTALGIA player name, country or region, preferred arcade, profile visibility settings, and play, judgement, rating, and sync records to provide profile and record services.
Exams and feedback
We use exam-passing evidence images, review results and notes, feedback text, and attached images to review submissions and respond to inquiries.
Automatically generated information
Connection IP addresses, browser and device information, access times, requests, and error logs may be generated for service security, incident response, and operations.
3. How we collect information
We collect information through Discord login, information users directly enter or upload, the BEMANI record sync feature, and logs automatically generated while using the service.
4. Public data and visibility
Your profile nickname, avatar, country, exam history, competitive metrics, ranks, and records are public when the data exists.
Five groups — NOSTALGIA player name, Discord, preferred arcade, play count, and play activity — are controlled directly in Settings. Hidden items are not shown to visitors, but they are not deleted from your account.
Public avatars are stored in public storage and may appear on profiles, rankings, and generated share cards.
5. What we do not collect
- We do not store your Discord password or access token.
- We do not request Discord email, guild, or message scopes.
- We do not receive your BEMANI password or official-site session cookie.
- Local audio selected in the chart viewer/editor stays in your browser and is never uploaded.
- We do not request precise device location.
- We do not use advertising, behavioral analytics, or marketing tracking tools.
- We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.
- We do not collect payment-card information.
6. Retention and deletion
- Account, profile, play, and sync records: until account deletion or a deletion request
- Avatar: until it is replaced or deleted, or until account deletion
- Resolved feedback: all content and attached images are deleted six months after resolution
- Approved exam submissions: evidence images and review notes are deleted six months after review; passing history is retained until account deletion
- Rejected exam submissions: submission records and evidence images are deleted six months after review
We delete personal information without undue delay when its retention period ends or its purpose has been fulfilled. When you delete your account, your account, records, and uploaded files are removed from active systems.
Pending legal review
Backup and provider retention windows will be reflected in final wording after pre-release verification. Until then we do not claim "immediate and permanent deletion everywhere."
7. Service providers and international transfers
Vercel
Vercel provides web hosting, server execution, and operational log processing. The server execution region is Singapore (sin1). Data is transmitted over the network when the service is used and processed for the duration of service provision.
Vercel Blob
Vercel Blob stores avatars and submission images. The storage region is Seoul, South Korea (icn1). Exam evidence and feedback images are kept in private storage.
Neon
Neon stores member and service data in a PostgreSQL database. The storage region is Singapore (sin1), and data is processed for the duration of service provision.
If you do not want your information transferred internationally, you may choose not to use Discord login or request account deletion. Login-based features will then be unavailable.

Regions, subprocessors, and log retention will be reflected in final wording after release-environment verification.
8. External services
Discord
At login we exchange only basic identity (the identify scope) with Discord in the United States. Information processed by Discord is subject to its own policies.
KONAMI/BEMANI
Record sync is run by you on the official site; the official-site session is governed by KONAMI's terms and policies.
Kakao Maps
Opening an arcade map may transmit connection information to Kakao's map service.
X
Loading the official news widget on Home may let X process connection information. The widget is configured with Do Not Track.
Pending legal review
Whether nonessential third-party embeds require prior consent or notice will be settled by legal review.
9. Cookies and device storage
user_session_cookie
The essential login session cookie. It lasts up to 14 days; blocking it disables login features.
noslog-locale
The language preference cookie. It lasts up to 1 year; blocking it falls back to route and browser resolution.
Device-local storage
Theme, metronome volume, and Strict Performance settings are stored only in your browser and are not synced to your account. Clearing them restores defaults.
10. Your rights
Users or their legal representatives may request access to, correction or deletion of, or restriction of processing of personal information. You may update information or delete your account in Settings, or contact us at the email above.
11. Security measures
We limit access to necessary operators and apply encryption in transit, administrator authorization checks, private evidence storage, upload type and size validation, and session protection.
12. Changes and history
If this policy changes, we will announce the change through service notices before it takes effect. Minor translation or typo fixes update only the last-updated date; material changes are recorded as a new effective version.
