v2.6.0 Update — Redesigned arcade pages and Privacy Policy changes

NosLog v2.6.0 is now live. This update reorganizes the arcade list and detail pages and adds a Feedback tile to the mobile Home. It also announces Privacy Policy changes that take effect today, September 13, 2026.

New

  • Arcade detail pages now have a photo area at the top. Arcades without photos yet show "Photos coming soon."
  • On mobile and tablet, the Directions, Favorite Arcade, and Report buttons stay fixed at the bottom of arcade detail pages. Tap the heart again to remove your favorite arcade. When three or more people have chosen an arcade as their favorite, the count appears next to the heart.
  • When a cabinet has a recorded reason for its status, the status text has a dotted underline. Tap it to see the reason.
  • The mobile Home now has a Feedback tile.

Improvements

  • On mobile, the arcade map stays fixed on screen and you can pull the list up over it. The map legend has moved into the "?" button.
  • Opening the business hours now shows the next 7 days starting today, with dates, including date-specific changes such as temporary closures. Closing times past midnight are shown as the actual next-day time (for example, 02:00).
  • Cabinets are now listed as rows with a colored status dot. The Confirm running and Report a fault buttons show how many times each has been used.
  • Arcade list cards now show only the essentials, such as the number of cabinets and today's opening status. Expand a card to see each cabinet's status.
  • "Open" is shown in green on arcade detail pages.
  • "All announcements" on Home now has a › mark.

Notes

  • "Recently confirmed" has been removed from arcade sorting. You can sort by Nearest, Name, or Preferred users.
  • The section listing players who favorite an arcade has been removed from arcade detail pages. The number of people who chose it as a favorite now appears next to the heart.
  • The map zoom buttons have been removed. Pinch to zoom, or on wide screens use the mouse wheel on the map next to the list.

Privacy Policy changes (effective September 13, 2026)

  • To understand how the service is used, NosLog will count visit statistics in-house. When you open a page, an identifier used only for that day is created from your connection IP and browser information to count daily visitors.
  • The IP and browser information itself is not stored, and the identifier is deleted the next day. Only totals remain, such as daily visitors, views per page, and API call counts, and they are deleted after 90 days. This feature does not use cookies.
  • As before, we do not use third-party analytics tools or advertising or marketing tracking tools.
